Before founding Pasley Estate Law, Jim spent several years working at law firms working on trusts and estates. What he observed still shapes how he practices today. Estate planning can be some of the most vulnerable moments in people's lives — planning for young children, protecting aging parents, trying to preserve everything you have worked for. He saw that the right estate plan really does make all the difference. He also saw what happened when no estate plan was put in place.
Jim founded Pasley Estate Law to continue helping clients in some of the most difficult and important stages of their lives.
